Order your test through the web and you will receive the sampling kit at the address you specify.

In it you will find:
- 1 collection swab
- 1 booklet with instructions
- 1 shipping carton
- 1 seal
- 2 code labels
Within 72 hours of receiving the swab you will have your results in your client area with no other identification than a client code.
Follow the steps provided in the package
These are the general instructions for use of our package
- Open the sample collection pack
- Take the sampling swab
- Open your mouth and insert the cotton end of the swab, pressing it against the inside of your cheek.
- Scrub against the inner mucosa with energetic upward and downward strokes
- Remove the swab
- Put the swab back in its container and close it.
- Wipe the outside of the swab with paper.
- Seal the swab with the seal
- Place the code label on the outside of the swab.
- Put the swab with its case in the envelope.
- Place the address sticker on the outside of the envelope and send by post or courier.
